Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing or fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount.

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has already been processed or shipped.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.
Purchases made through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the price depending on the destination and applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal or other payment providers made available at checkout.
Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

We currently ship to destinations made available through our store and checkout.
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed where applicable during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, fulfilment delays, public holidays, customs processing, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
Where consumer law applies, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Certain sealed skincare, cosmetics, beauty or personal care products may not be eligible for return after the seal has been broken where an applicable hygiene or health-protection exception applies.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ZAVENO is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.
Products purchased through our store are sold by ZAVENO and not by Shopify.
Your purchase agreement is therefore with ZAVENO.
Shopify may separately collect and process information relating to your use of the store in accordance with its own privacy practices.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
