Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and all other countries in the European Union.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over €35.
Orders under €35: €4.95.

This applies to the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 7–15 business days
Rest of the European Union: 10–20 business days

These times include order processing (usually 1–2 business days) and shipping. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can happen during busy periods, around public holidays or because of the carrier.

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. It can take a few days before the first tracking update appears.

Shipped from our partner warehouses

Some products are shipped from partner warehouses outside the European Union. If you ever receive a request to pay extra charges on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as your order has not shipped yet.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and will help you find a solution.
