How long does delivery take?

Products shipped from our EU warehouse arrive in 5–8 business days in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, and in 8–13 business days in southern and eastern Europe; the product page shows the time for your country. Other products take 7–15 business days to the Netherlands and 10–20 business days to the rest of the EU, with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over €35, in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Below €35 it is €4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Some conditions apply, for example to opened skincare. See our Refund policy for the details.
